Aventrix Realty ("we", "us", "our") operates the website aventrixrealty.com and the Aventrix Realty mobile application (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Services, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

By using our website or mobile app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information You Give Us

We collect information when you choose to provide it, for example through the property enquiry, contact, free valuation, list-your-property, NRI and joint venture forms on the website, and the enquiry feature in the mobile app. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name, phone number and email address (where provided)
• The property you are enquiring about, and your message or requirement details
• Details of a property you ask us to value, list or assess (for example its location, type, area and your objective)
• Your preferred contact time or method, where you choose to share it

Your Account (Optional)

You can use the website without an account. If you choose to create one, we collect your email address and a password, which is handled by our authentication provider (we never see or store your password in readable form). With an account, you can also choose to save:

• Your profile details (name, phone number and preferred contact method)
• Your property requirement (for example transaction type, property types, preferred locations and budget), used to show you matching properties
• Saved searches, your wishlist, your shortlist and recently viewed properties, so they are available when you sign in on another device
• Your own enquiries, which you can view in your account

If you submit a property listing through the mobile app, the listing details and photos you upload are stored with your account and reviewed by our team before anything is published.

Information Stored in Your Browser

Some features work by storing information in your own browser (local storage and session storage) rather than on our servers:

• Your wishlist, shortlist, recently viewed properties and recent searches (copied to your account only if you sign in)
• A random visitor ID, used only to count property views and Call/WhatsApp clicks once per visitor per day (see below)
• Your sign-in session, if you have an account

You can clear this information at any time through your browser settings.

Property Activity We Measure

To understand which listings are of interest, we record when a property page is viewed and when its Call or WhatsApp button is used, together with the random visitor ID described above. This record does not include your name, phone number or email address.

Your Location ("Properties Near Me")

If you use "Properties Near Me" and allow location access in your browser, your approximate location is used on your device to show nearby listings. It may be kept temporarily in your browser's session storage for the current visit. It is not sent to or stored on our servers.

Call, WhatsApp and Map Links

Our website and mobile app include direct "Call", "WhatsApp" and "Map" links to help you reach our team or locate our offices. When you use these links, your device's own phone, WhatsApp or maps application opens to complete that action. WhatsApp messages started from a property page are pre-filled with that property's reference so our team knows what you are asking about. Information you share through a call or WhatsApp conversation is also subject to the privacy practices of your phone provider and of WhatsApp or Google Maps; we handle any information you share with us in line with this policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your enquiry, valuation request, listing request or message
• Provide information about properties, services or opportunities you have asked about, including properties that match a requirement you have saved
• Contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email regarding your enquiry
• Keep an internal record of our communication with you and the follow-up on your enquiry
• Operate your account features if you create an account
• Understand how our website and mobile app are used, so we can improve them

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell your personal information.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Enquiry information is used internally by the Aventrix Realty team, including the team member assigned to your enquiry, to respond to you.

We may share information where required to do so by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Aventrix Realty, our clients or others.

Our website and mobile app use Supabase for data storage and account authentication. Supabase acts as our service provider and stores this information on our behalf under its own security and hosting practices.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our pages load some components from third-party providers (for example embedded Google Maps, and icon or script libraries served from content delivery networks), which may receive standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests them. Our website and mobile app also link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and to maintain records of client communications, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Account information is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us, including restricting access to enquiry and account data to authorised Aventrix Realty staff. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

You may contact us at any time to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete information you have previously submitted to us, or your account
• Withdraw consent to being contacted about your enquiry

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
