A listing on the Services is not an offer or a contract. Any transaction is subject to separate discussion and written agreement between the relevant parties.
Aventrix Realty provides real estate advisory, brokerage and transaction coordination services. Professional fees depend on the nature and scope of each assignment and are discussed and agreed with you before we proceed, as described on our Professional Fees page. Where a written fee agreement is in place, its terms apply.
Aventrix Realty does not provide legal, tax, technical or financial advice. Such matters should be reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals.
When you submit an enquiry, a property for listing or other information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
The design, text, graphics, logos and other content of the Services belong to Aventrix Realty or are used with permission. Property images may belong to property owners or other parties.
The Services link to or embed third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services.
