At Aventrix Realty, we believe in transparent and professional real-estate services. Brokerage and professional service charges may apply when our team facilitates, negotiates, coordinates, or provides advisory support for a property transaction.
2% of the transaction value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2%–3% of the transaction value, depending on the property, transaction complexity, and services involved.

Equivalent to one month's rent, unless otherwise agreed.
One to two months' rent, or another fee mutually agreed based on the lease structure and services provided.
For high-value transactions, portfolio transactions, complex negotiations, development opportunities, or specialised advisory assignments, the brokerage or professional fee may be individually negotiated.
The applicable brokerage or professional service fee, including the party responsible for payment, will be communicated to the client and mutually agreed upon before the transaction proceeds.
The final fee may vary based on property type, transaction value, location, complexity, scope of services, and other commercial considerations.
Where applicable, GST and other statutory taxes or levies will be charged in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.
Applicable tax details will be reflected separately in the invoice wherever required.
Aventrix Realty will issue an appropriate invoice or payment document for applicable brokerage and professional services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, brokerage becomes payable upon the agreed transaction milestone, such as completion of the transaction, execution of the relevant agreement, or another mutually agreed event.
The above rates represent Aventrix Realty's standard indicative brokerage structure and are not intended to override a specific written fee agreement with a client.
Any special rate, negotiated commission, referral arrangement, or transaction-specific fee will be governed by the written terms agreed between Aventrix Realty and the relevant client or parties.
Aventrix Realty reserves the right to determine the applicable professional fee based on the nature and scope of each assignment.
