Prepare Before You Sell
or Develop

Pick the outcome you want. Each route links to the one page that handles it — no duplicate forms.

Step 2

Get your documents in order

The seller checklist covers title documents, EC, tax receipts, approvals, co-owners and disclosures. Tick it off and print or save it as PDF.

Step 3 — Questions to answer before the first meeting

  • What is your preferred outcome: outright sale, rental income or joint venture?
  • Who are the legal owners, and are there mortgages, disputes or restrictions?
  • What are the exact survey number, extent, road access and property boundaries?
  • What is your expected timeline and minimum acceptable commercial outcome?
  • Have an independent advocate and architect reviewed title and development potential?

Avoid sharing original documents or identity numbers through unsecured channels. Share copies with identity numbers redacted until a formal engagement is in place.
